Not too bad. it could be so much better ! Food average, breakfast is ok, dinner was small and cheap quality proudce. Most of staff are friendly, some are not so friendly!! Pool area small and needs refurbishment.. no one helped us with our bags. the location is not great. Wrong side of the island !! We changed hotel to Forio area and totally different experience and beautiful side of the island !

A great and central place to stay and relax in Ischia Porto; clean, friendly and personal since it's a rather small hotel. The shuttle service is also a big plus although it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre. I had some issues with the first room I was given but after one night they changed it and made sure that everything was ok. The whole staff was super nice and very helpful with everything; they really made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will gladly come back and recommend the place to friends and colleagues.

Our holiday on this sweet island and guests in this wonderful hotel has just ended. As has already happened, we take with us the wonderful stay at this facility, together with the courtesy, professionalism and kindness of all the staff. Nothing to underline, other than the utmost care and respect towards the Customer, for everything and for every circumstance. Never received a "we're sorry...", but only absolute availability, aimed at satisfying the guest. Cleanliness, care, goodness of food, super breakfast, punctual availability of the shuttle and services dedicated to the body (wellness and "thermal" pools), always remain the "must" of this Hotel. And unfortunately, as always, we return to our daily lives with much regret, but with the awareness of having spent our beautiful holiday here, in this place. And as always we will return. And we will do it every time to admire your commitment to serving the tourist/guest. Thank you, Hotel Bellevue. Thanks to all the staff. Thank you so much ❤️

Our stay at the Hotel Bellevue ended today: to tell the truth, the "beautiful view" is not just a... It is nice to see the smiles of the entire facility team who welcome, support and make themselves available for any necessary clarification with kindness and promptness. It's nice to admire the view from the hotel's splendid terraces. It's nice to come back in the evening after busy days and find a room that's always clean, comfortable and fresh, complete with a drying rack for wet swimsuits (thank you also for hosting us in one of the rooms on the fourth floor, with a small garden and spots overlooking the sea and the castle to to take your breath away). It's nice to enjoy the restaurant's excellent dishes with your eyes and palate, always varied and plentiful, with the ability to better manage allergies and intolerances with the appropriate variations on the menu (thanks Massimo for your kindness and excellent advice). It's nice to be able to enjoy the tranquility of a reality a little outside the joyful chaos of the center of Ischia Porto, but being able to count on shuttle transport at different times of the day and evening. In short, thanks not only to a wonderful island but also to the Hotel Bellevue, what was supposed to be an impromptu holiday without high expectations turned into a memorable trip from all points of view. Yes, we would also recommend it to young and adventurous couples, because after very full days at sea, on boats, spas, excursions... what could be better than coming back and being able to feel pampered like at home? We stayed on the 2nd floor with a panoramic terrace. The room is very well looked after and clean. The hotel is very quiet although not close to the centre, but it has a shuttle service at set times. The route can also be done on foot, for those who love walking. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Massimo and his restaurant staff. The cuisine is no exception, really excellent! A wonderful holiday, thank you!
